This evidence can be used in court since it is obtained legally, without invasion of privacy.

 

Important to know:

The private detective can only carry out surveillance and monitoring of the spouse if the persons are married under a marriage contract for the Belgian State.

 

A religious marriage is not enough.

 

Furthermore, he can only seek evidence of a person's sexual orientation in the context of a suspicion of adultery.
